I will be forever grateful to my buddy Doug that showed me a "plan" that would forever change my life and In fact I would say that it saved my life. It seems as though no matter who you are you have tried some diet at one point in time. I can say that in all honesty that TSFL is no "Diet". Dictionary.com describes a diet in relation to weight loss as:
a particular selection of food, especially as designed or prescribed to improve a person's physical condition or to prevent or treat a disease: a diet low in sugar.
In relation to TSFL the food and or control thereof is such a small part of the program. It is really about long term health and bringing your mind in to alignment with what your body really needs not just what your mind thinks it wants or needs. So when I say it's not a "diet" I am really stating that the food porton is not the entirety of the program.
TSFL has proven to me over and over that I can have an undying confidence in this program because its not just a diet but a comprehensive program that is developing health in my Body, Mind and Finances. I am driven by the fact that I have experienced not just the weight loss but a transformation in the inner man to have a paradigm shift in my thinking in relation to food and how it relates to my body. This is the very thing that I wish for all my family and friends. Not just losing a few lbs and feel good about it but to experience the epiphany of knowing what your body wants and how to satisfy it so that you can find optimal health.

Alex, I fall off the wagon, last week on a family trip to Disneyland. Am I giving up? NO! Instead, I'm grateful for the experience. My mind and body are not together in regards to the subject of food. My mind wants greasy, sugary, salty foods and drinks. My body, however, hates them. My mind and body battle it out most days and I'm hoping with time and commitment, my mind will see the body's side. It did this week with the fatigue, increased irritability, water retention, and increased blemishes. Back on the wagon. Doing great. Haven't experienced the epiphany but hoping I will.
